Clients must have at least 40% of their lash extensions intact. If less, a full set must be booked.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hour's notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full appointment amount to the card on file.
Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance.
